SCENDRO(Scendro) WINS SECOND HEAT OF THE PAVO STALLION COMPETITION FOR SIX YEARS OLD

 

It was a real successful performance of the Hunters Studfarm stallions at the WEN (Winter Equestrian Nights)
in Hulsterlo. Hunters Scendro (Scendix-Contendro) was really outstanding ! Fourth to go in the jump off with
seventeen, he immediately set out a clear round in a fabulous time! (This fourth starting order was due to his
absence in Moerzeke, was he was competing at Verden in the exams of hannoverian studbook). All other
competitors bit in the dust, before this impressive demonstration of speed and technique. A really splendid performance of our Scendix son. The video recording of this jump off, can be seen on the site of the PAVO stallion competition.
Yet everything started with the four year class competition, where Hunters Saint-Amoer (Stakkato) succeeded
a second clear round, so remaining in the run for the final win. Our home rider Brian Vanhooren, also piloted our Continius van de Hunters (Contendro) in an almost perfect way through the course, until the last fence,
where he got a bad luck fault. Still a beautiful result for both young stallions.
In the seven years old class, Hunters Argentus (Argentinus) qualified with the only four combinations for the jump off. No doubt, Brecht went for victory, though incurred two jumping faults. Still a fair fourth place for
our splendid stallion, already sending a first son to the third phase of the BWP examinations.

Of all these stallions, fresh semen is available from now on, except during more than one day events.
