New partnership for 2012 between the Olympic Champion Eric Lamaze and the winner of the Sire of the World Hunter’s Scendix (Stakkato).

For the 2012 season, Hunter’s Scendix, the winner of the Sires of the world will be ridden by the reigning Olympic Champion Eric Lamaze. This partnership was initiated by Stephan Conter (Stephex Stables) between Ludwig Lemenu and Eric Lamaze.
Scendix will remain the property of Hunter Stud Farm (Ludwig Lemenu et Simon Riquière) and will be entrusted to Eric Lamaze for the highest level of competititon.
Eric Lamaze: « I have been following the performances and the results of Scendix for some years. His jumping qualities and his eagerness to win have always appealed to me.
Some weeks ago, I had the opportunity to try him at Stephex stables. My impression was very positive and I hope he becomes my number one horse ».
 
Hunter’s Scendix, only 8 years old, already has an incredible track record:
Swiss Champion at 4, finalist of the Belgium Championship and World Champion all age categories, Bronze medal at the 5 years old World Championships, LRV champion at 6 and finaly, in september 2011, winner of the Sires of the World in a most spectacular manner in Lanaken.
All these results were obtained by Brecht Bille who brought Scendix with success to the international level. Eric Lamaze will take over and bring him to the top level. End of January, he will start the winter season with Hunter’s Scendix at the Palm Beach festival, Wellington, Florida.
 
For the 2012 mounting season, Hunter’s Scendix’s semen will be available frozen in the whole world! You will find the distributors on the following site: www.hunters.be.
