Switzerland falls under the spell of Hunter’s Scendix

They were five hundred to start in the preselectins of the Suisse Breed Classic, a free jumping competition for three years old. Sixty were selected for the prefinal in Avenches, on the occasion of the annual stallion testing. And yes, five descendants of Hunter’s Scendix (GB Scendix in Switzerland) were amongst them! The international jury, with Mr. Bourenghien for Belgium, selected sixteen jumpers for the final at 4 p.m. on Saturday, 26th November.
All Scnedix offspring was choosen amongst this elite group.
Finally, ten three years old were to be selected for the grand final, which will take place during the CSI5* in Geneva next week.
Hunter’s Scendix was the only stallion having delivered three descendants for the super final of the Suisse Breed Classic.
The fact, Scendix passes his excellent jumping qualities to his offspring, has been proved largely by his foals of the second year, which are well represented in Switzerland.
Hunter’s Scendro (Scendix-Contendro) a foal of the first year, gave already a striking example of this!
A real boost for all those, having believed in our stallion, over the past years by choosing him for breeding.
Our best thanks for that!
